Christopher Noogin
Christopher Noogin is a tattoo artist based in Tacoma, Washington specializing in black work, contemporary, American traditional, and floral tattoos. He is currently based out of his private studio in downtown Tacoma, WA. Christopher graduated with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree from Kendall College of Arts & Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He completed his apprenticeship with Mike Hite at Studio Ink in 2014.
